Antioxidant Powerhouse Smoothie




2 cups nettle tea (cooled)

1/2 cup fresh organic parsley

1/2 cup fresh organic spinach

1/4 cup goji berries (you can soak them beforehand)

1/2 cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 kiwi

½ avocado

2 Tbsp of chia seeds

Juice of half a lemon

Small piece of ginger or 1/4 tsp ginger powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Optional: 1 - 2 drops of stevia


Alter according to your preferences and availability of ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
