CapomoMojo Spiced Brownies
2 cups of almonds (best, soaked and dehydrated)
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp maca
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup capomo mojo flour
1 tsp reishi mushroom extract, powdered
¼ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp anis, powdered
¼ tsp clove, powdered
¼ cup almond milk
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
150 g pitted dates
Blend up almonds in food processor to a course ‘flour’. Add cacao powder, salt, maca, cinnamon, anis, clove, vanilla, reishi, capomo mojo flour and blend again. Add pitted dates, almond milk and coconut oil (melted) and blend again till smoothe.
Put some coconut oil in a tray/ form so that the capomo squares don’t stick to the container later. Press the ‘dough’ flat with a spoon to the container and put into the freezer or fridge. Cut into squares and enjoy.
