1 cup Capomo flour
1 cup gluten-free oat flour
2 ripe bananas
2 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp fine sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup coconut oil
2 drops of stevia (optional)
½ sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Heat up oven to 350 F.
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl: Capomo flour, oat flour, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, coconut sugar (not the chocolate chips).
Blend up bananas and coconut oil (and stevia) in the food processor.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the food processor and blend up well. Then add the coconut chips.
Grease form with a bit of coconut oil. Put the dough in the form and press down with hands or the back of a spoon.
Bake for about 25 min. Then let cool down before cutting and serving.
