Anti-Inflammatory Juice

The whole food ingredients and a few of their outstanding health benefits:

2 oranges (anti-mucus and anti-oxidant)

1/2 inch of turmeric (anti-cancerous and anti-inflammatory)

1/2 inch of ginger (anti-inflammatory and digestive aid)

1 tsp of papaya seeds (anti-parasitc and digestive aid)

If you have a juicer - that's great. If not, you can use a high speed blender and strain the juice with a 'nut milk bag'.

The purpose of juicing is to add an immense amount of nutrients to your diet while giving your digestive system a break. Juices are best to drink in the morning and at least 30 min before your meal (or 2 - 3 h after).

It is best to make cleansing a daily ritual. Your body is constantly getting rid of toxins. The more you support is the more it will do the job for you. Even upping your water intake can do wonders.
