Heart-Food's philosophy is it to meet you where you are at and bring you to your next level. We'll work with your body's wisdom and walk at your pace. To ensure success, it's crucial to introduce manageable steps with weekly accountability follow-ups. It is my goal to explore with you what your body really needs so that you can be self-sufficient. I believe in empowerment through knowledge and self-inquiry; however, it's a process to learn how to reconnect with our body and nourish ourselves. There is NO one diet fits all, but listening to what your body really needs at this time in your life. We'll work with whole foods and targeted supplementation, but I don't believe in calorie counting.
In this process we'll use the *Nutri Systems Profile from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, informational handouts and recipes. Together, we'll make the best game-plan for your particular situation, one step at a time. If you still feel you would benefit from a personalized 7-day meal plan, you can add one to your 6 Week Transformation for $130.
(60 min assessment + five 30 min follow-ups)
Together everything is easier. Within husband and wife or mother and daughter, it’s important being on the same page regarding changing to a more nourishing cuisine at home. This is a great way to include your loved one into a new, healthier life. Attend your sessions together. Each of you will receive their own assessment and personalized recommendations.
*For two people - or you can add an additional family member for $90.
(Bi-weekly 30 min accountability check-ins)
This includes the complete 6 Week Transformation and further you commit to staying on track by having bi-weekly accountability check-ins! Developing new habits and responding to change in your body can be overwhelming at first. We are so much more motivated when we have somebody by our side who really cares and who is offering us a hand in case we fall down. Staying in touch through regular follow-ups is your opportunity for ongoing support, fine-tuning your protocol, weekly 'homework', discussing progress, acquiring more tips, and ensuring to keep up the motivation. Set yourself up for continued success!
30 minute phone or online follow-up anytime after your 6 week transformation. In every follow-up, we'll bring you to your next step and make sure it sticks!

Reach your goals through guided sessions with a Certified Life Coach. Receive your own personal Life Script which is a powerful tool to reprogram yourself for nurturing thoughts and habits. Learn how to overcome obstacles, how to be resourceful, and how to get into your daily zone. While a lack of resources is a constant in this world, your own resourcefulness has no limits!
Aside from filling our body with the right nutrients, enzymes, probiotics etc, there is another, deeper side to nutrition. How do you nourish your heart? How kind are you to yourself? What do you believe about yourself? You might have a sense of deeper influences affecting your state and your health. Memories from the past and subconscious patterns can literally make us sick, if we believe this is what defines us in the present. If you have a pull to explore deeper and learn a new way of how to be in addictive patterns, this kind of session is for you.
Compassionate Inquiry is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world. Through Compassionate Inquiry, the client can recognize the unconscious dynamics that run their lives and how to liberate themselves from them.

You may want to contact your HR department or insurance provider to find out what is covered by your plan. At times a nutritional consultant's services are covered under “nutrition”, other times “alternative” or “complimentary care.” There are some other flex plans or health spending accounts that allow employees to use allotted funds for complementary health services.
