Basic Consultation – 60 min: $100

The basic consultation could be the first step for you into an in-depth nutritional program, or could simply get your immediate questions answered to make sure you're moving into the right direction. The session includes personalized recommendations about foods, supplements and lifestyle.

Full Assessment – 2 weeks

(90 min assessment + 45 min follow-up): $220

The full assessment contains two sessions:

90 min first meeting with intake, discussing concerns & goals, uncovering of deficiencies & excesses.

45 min meeting with evaluation of Food Log and Nutri Systems Profile, personalized recommendations + recipes.

It is my goal to help you understand what your body really needs so that you can be self-sufficient; however, it's a process to learn how to reconnect with our body and nourish ourselves. We'll move at the pace that you require, allowing time to work with your body's feedback. We'll work with whole foods and targeted supplementation, but I don't believe in calorie counting.

In this process we'll use the Nutri Systems Profile from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, informational handouts and recipes. Together, we'll make the best game-plan for your particular situationone step at a time. If you still feel you would benefit from a personalized 7-day meal plan, you can add one to your full assessment for $130.

Follow-up session – 45 min: $75

You can book a follow-up session any time after your full assessment to move to the next level. Developing new habits and responding to change in your body can be overwhelming at first. Staying in touch through follow-ups is your opportunity for ongoing support, fine-tuning your protocol, discussing progress and acquiring more tips & tools.

The first few weeks are often the toughest, but with the help of a support program you’ll develop ease and joy in your new routine till you’re good to stand on your own feet and walk far.

HANDS-ON SUPPORT

Grocery Shopping Tour – 60 min: $95

Invite your friends and family!

We'll meet at a grocery store where you will learn how to read labels, identify more wholesome options, the difference between organic and non-organic food, best choices for oils, sweeteners, and salts, and much more. Bring your questions.

I would recommend that you let me introduce you to an organic grocery store, so that you can feel confident in this unknown water, however I’m open to accompany you to your *favorite store.

*Clean Kitchen – 60 min: $95

The space in which we prepare food is crucial (on the inside and on the outside). For me, my kitchen is like a sacred space where I love going and crafting. It is really important that you are able to enjoy being in your kitchen – for that it needs to be set up in a practical way, devoid of toxic cook ware and cleaners, as well as freed out from all harmful foods that are sitting in your pantry and fridge. Changing the outside space supports changing the inside space.

*For a distance over 10 km there's a 25$ travel fee.

Insurance Coverage?

You may want to contact your HR department or insurance provider to find out what is covered by your plan. At times a nutritional consultant's services are covered under “nutrition”, other times “alternative” or “complimentary care.” There are some other flex plans or health spending accounts that allow employees to use allotted funds for complementary health services.

I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). I'm a member of the CSNNAA, CAHN-Pro, and the Canadian Society of Bioregulatory Medicine. I'm not a dietician.

The coaching sessions may take place in person, or on the phone, Zoom or Skype.

The material will be sent via email or handed out during the session, but consultation via email communication will be kept to a reasonable extent or counted into the sessions booked.

There's a $30 fee for cancellation less than 24 hours before the session as well as for no shows.

No refund for unused sessions. Sessions have to be used within a reasonable period of time.
